Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48hrs of payment with most shipped on the same day of purchase. Tracking will be sent to the email attached to the order.

Express - 1-3 days

Standard - 2-7 days

 

Returns Policy

Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if: they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

 

Warranty on products differ so please be in touch to discuss and we will endeavour to get you sorted.

 

We offer store credit or exchange of products if a manufactures fault is found within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days it is case by case. We do help where we can.
